Description
This generic replacement for the Immersion High Limit Switch is a high-quality alternative to that important switch in your Hayward® H Series® pool heater, and is used to detect when your water temperature has exceeded a safe level (160°F) and immediately opens the heat exchanger outlet when that happens. Refer to your Hayward® H Series® manual for signs that the Immersion Rear Header Hi-Limit switch has reached the end of its lifespan.
This Optimum Pool Technologies replacement sensor is triggered at 135°F.
