Free Shipping
Many of our products qualify for free shipping. This will be indicated next to the price on the product page.
Also, any order that total to more than $100 automatically qualify for free shipping.
When a "Free Shipping" method is selected, we will choose the shipping method that best fits the order. This will usually be FedEx ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority. Delivery times for Free Shipping are usually between 2-5 days depending on the shipping address's proximity to our location in Corona, CA.
Shipping Times
Pool Guy Supply ships most orders on the same day or next business day from the date the order was placed. All items listed in the online store are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the product page. If an ordered item is out of stock or needs to be special ordered it will take extra time before it can be shipped.
Shipping times given by the carriers are estimates and not guaranteed
USPS Priority mail delivery dates (ex. 2-day or 3-day) are usually correct, but they are not guaranteed by the USPS or by Pool Guy Supply:

Notifications
All shipping methods we use will be trackable. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that contains the tracking information for your shipment.
Shipping Methods
Pool Guy Supply offers several different shipping methods for different products and different shipping locations. We will always use the shipping method selected by the customer during the checkout process if it is possible to do so. If we cannot use the selected method we will contact you to arrange a different shipping method.
Shipping Outside the United States
Customers receiving shipments outside of the United States do not qualify for Free Shipping, and are subject to all Customs & Duties Charges related to any shipments they receive in addition to the actual cost of shipping. Customs & Duties charges are NOT reflected in the Estimate Shipping tool. Pool Guy Supply will not be liable for any unexpected charges related to international shipments. International shipment time frames are not guaranteed.
