I bought a Simple Cell from the Pool Guy Supply. I'm a HVAC technician so I'm very familiar with name brand products and off brand products and how they are made. The Simple Cell was defiantly easy to install. It took approximately 15 minutes. I recommend you buy replacement seals to replace the old ones on your plumbing connections if you haven't replaced them recently. They do not come with the cell. Of course, time will tell how long the less expensive cell will last. One note, I did call their support for another reason that I believe caused the old cell to go bad which was the old flow switch. The no flow light did not turn on when the pump was not pumping, meaning the cell was working when the water was not flowing. That may have caused the short life of the expensive name brand cell I previously bought.

Seems to be working fine and being able to see through the cell is a plus. The salt number jumped from 3300 to 3100 and then week later it's 3800. Need to get verified and see how it holds.
