Good Filter

Just installed my new filters today. They were a perfect fit for my old OEM Pentair filters. They appear to be good quality but since they are new I don't know yet if they will be easy to clean nor how long they will last. I bought them because they are made in the USA and hope they turn out to be of good quality. They did seem very light in weight but they were dry and so I don't have a good comparison to my old filters because when I lifted them they were always wet. For now very satisfied but time will tell if I remain that way.

My pool service wanted to charge over $650 for Pentair pool filter cartridges and I bought them at PoolGuy for $200. Easily installed myself and saved another $350 installation fee.

I had purchased a 4pk of Pool Filters from these guys on Amazon. After 2 months of that purchase, our pool guy finally drained the pool and was ready to install the new filters.

Turns out that I had ordered the incorrect size. I called, and even though they have a 30-day return policy, they were willing to accept the return under the condition that the filters were not open and still in the original box.

Fortunately, this was the case. I was happy to pay for the return shipping since the mistake was mine. They did NOT have to offer an exception to their 30-day policy.

While on the phone getting the return approval, I did order the correct size. It was Easter weekend and they said they would ship my filters right away but couldn't guarantee if there would be a delay.

That same day, I mailed back the incorrect filters.

To my surprise, the new filters arrived quickly (that Monday) and are of good quality. My pool guy was impressed. A few days later, I received a notice that my returned filters were accepted and a full refund was issued.

I highly recommend buying from this company either directly or on Amazon.
